Program Works
Become a member.
Earn credits by sending us all outgrown items for all clothing, shoes, accessories, costumes and athletic wear according to our criteria.
Prior to shipping your children’s preloved clothing to us, fill out the online form in our portal so we know to expect the items. Pack it up, ship it out!
We offer extra Prelove Credits for sustainably made clothing and accessories.
Once your Prelove Credits are available, you will receive an email notification. Please allow 5 – 7 business days.
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept underwear for exchange. However, feel free to send them in and we will upcycle the items for you.
Please give us 5-10 business days after we receive your items for us to receive-in your clothing and issue your Prelove Credits.
