Who we are
Prelove You is a subscription service for preloved children’s clothing.
We do not share customer details with any third parties. If payments are default they have up to 5 days to correct default or forfeit any points earned.
Accepting preloved clothing
You can send in as many clothes as you want, but we may not issue credits for all of them, depending upon their conditions. If they are not re-offered on our site, you will not be issued any credits. We will not return any clothing. If clothing is not re-offered through our site, they will be upcycled by us.
We aim to ship our order within two working days using USPS, UPS or FedEx. There may be exception in certain circumstances. Please contact us for details.
All clothing can be returned at any time. If, in our opinion, clothing is in “prelovable” condition, and is put back on the site, you will be issued credits according to our grading system.
Orders can be cancelled by you or us if the item has not yet been shipped.
Any orders flagged by our system as possibly fraudulent will automatically be cancelled. Please be assure that this is nothing personal but a safety procedure that we have set up to protect our small company against the growing wave of online crime.
Prelove You Items
Washing instructions may or may not be labeled on the clothing.
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept underwear for exchange. However, feel free to send them in and we will upcycle the fabric as best as we can.
Please give us 5-10 business days after we receive your items for us to receive-in your clothing and issue your credits.
Please be mindful that the pictures of Prelove You items may vary slightly in color or texture when you view them on our website versus what you get when you receive your order. Many of our photographs are taken by members just like you.
Origin of Clothing
Please be advised that some of our clothing items may originate from homes with pets. If you have concerns regarding potential pet dander, we strongly recommend laundering the items before use to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
We wish to inform our customers that we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may arise due to pet dander or the type of detergent used prior to shipping. We urge customers to order at their discretion and consider laundering the items upon receipt to mitigate any allergy concerns.
In our commitment to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, we assure our customers that we do not post or ship any clothing from homes where smoking is practiced. Any clothing from such environments will not be distributed through our standard channels but will instead be responsibly upcycled.
