Credits are issued once your items have been graded by our team, which takes 5-7 business days. Every item that passes grading earns credits toward your next shop. Yes — Prelove You accepts end-of-life children’s clothing, including items that are stained, heavily worn, or past their wearable life. This is one of the most important things that makes Prelove You different from every other secondhand platform for kids.

Most resale and consignment services require clothing to be in near-perfect condition, which means parents are left holding the items that did not make the cut — the ones with the spaghetti stain from the first birthday, the knees worn through from the best summer of someone’s childhood.
