Our grading process takes 5-7 business days.
We love that you’re buying into a better future for the planet. That’s why we award 1 credit to each item that doesn’t meet our wear-again criteria. And, rest assured, your item won’t end up in landfill. We’ve partnered with the folks at the brilliant non-profit, Green Tree Textile Recycling, to ensure it is upcycled responsibly.
Yes. We don’t accept pre-worn socks and underwear for hygiene purposes. And, while we don’t accept hair accessories (like headbands and barrettes), we do accept hats.
Lite members cover shipping costs.
Luxe members receive one prepaid shipping kit per month.
Limitless members can request unlimited prepaid kits as needed.
