How important it is to make time for myself. Scheduling in weight training with a trainer to hold me accountable, and encourage me to take care of my health and wellness so I can live a long healthy life.

What’s one tiny moment from the past week that made you stop and think, “Okay, this is the good stuff”?

My son has a fear of loud toilet flushes and so when we were last shopping in the mall and he needed the bathroom, I talked him through it in a calm, understanding voice. After we got home he said, “Mom, I really appreciate you helping me conquer my fear today” ….and my year was made!
